Trial Lesson

The trial lesson costs €20 and is available once per new student. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, the trial lesson may be rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are non-refundable.

Individual Lessons

Individual lessons are booked and paid for separately. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, the lesson will not be rescheduled. Instead, you will receive a flat 15-minute personalised lesson or practice video.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows result in the lesson being forfeited, with no refund or replacement.

10-Lesson Cards

10-lesson cards are valid for 6 months. Lessons are booked individually and are subject to availability.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, the lesson will not be rescheduled. Instead, you will receive a flat 15-minute personalised lesson or practice video.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows result in the lesson being forfeited. Unused lessons expire at the end of the 6-month validity period and are not refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Lessons during holiday periods may be arranged if I have availability and agree to this in advance.

Regular Weekly Lessons

Regular weekly lessons are paid monthly in advance. Your monthly payment reserves your regular lesson time.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, the lesson will not be rescheduled. Instead, you will receive a flat 15-minute personalised lesson or practice video.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows do not result in a refund or replacement.

Teacher Cancellations

If I need to cancel a lesson, a replacement lesson will be arranged at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, the lesson will be refunded.

Holiday Periods

Regular weekly lessons do not take place during Berlin school holidays, public holidays, or my own planned holiday breaks. These periods are taken into account when setting the annual teaching fee, so the monthly payment remains the same throughout the year.

My planned holiday breaks will be communicated to students in advance. Holiday lessons may be arranged for individual lessons and 10-lesson cards if I have availability and agree to this in advance.

Exceptional Circumstances

Serious and unforeseen circumstances may be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and do not create an entitlement to a refund, replacement lesson or other exception.

Conduct

A respectful and appropriate learning environment is expected at all times. Serious or repeated inappropriate behaviour may result in the teaching arrangement being ended. Any outstanding payments or unused lesson credits will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
